Whitingham is a town located in Windham County, Vermont, United States. It was named after Nathan Whiting, a local landholder, and had a population of 1,344 according to the 2020 census. The town is notable as the birthplace of Brigham Young, the second president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the founder of Salt Lake City, Utah. Whitingham's village center is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Whitingham Village Historic District.

The town covers an area of 39.3 square miles (101.8 km²), with 37.1 square miles (96.0 km²) being land and 2.2 square miles (5.8 km²) water, giving it a water coverage of about 5.7%. At the 2010 census, Whitingham had a population density of 34.53 per square mile (13.33/km²). The town's demographics indicated a predominantly White population, with minor racial groups represented. Economically, the median household income was $37,434, and the median family income was $45,500. About 5.9% of families and 7.9% of the population lived below the poverty line.

Whitingham has a humid continental climate (Köppen Climate Classification "Dfb"), characterized by warm to hot summers and cold winters.
