The UCF Knights track and field program represents the University of Central Florida in women's track and field at the Division I level, competing in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Big 12 Conference. The program features indoor and outdoor teams but does not have a men's team. Home meets are held at the UCF Soccer and Track Stadium in Orlando, Florida, though the university lacks an on-campus indoor track facility.

The program was established with the women's outdoor team in 1984 and the indoor team in 2006. UCF joined Conference USA in 2005 and transitioned to the American Athletic Conference in 2013. Historically, the Knights have excelled in C-USA and the Atlantic Sun Conference, winning thirteen conference championships (twelve outdoor and one indoor). Notably, the indoor team achieved its highest national ranking in 2012, reaching No. 5.

Jeanette Bolden serves as the head coach since 2013, leading the program to NCAA Championship appearances and mentoring numerous All-Americans. Assistant coaches include Jeff Chakouian, Johnny Gray, Jim Metzger, and Brandon Washington. The program has produced one NCAA individual champion: Aurieyall Scott in the 60-meter dash in 2013. Additionally, Afia Charles became UCF's first Olympic track athlete at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
