The Dream Machine is an episodic point-and-click adventure game developed by Cockroach Inc., a two-person studio led by Anders Gustafsson and Erik Zaring. The game explores themes of dreams and voyeurism and consists of six chapters released between December 2010 and May 2017. It was nominated for the Independent Games Festival's Visual Excellence award in 2011 and is available on Windows and Mac OS X.

Players control Victor Neff, a young newlywed who discovers a hidden camera in his apartment. This leads him to the Dream Machine, a device that allows entry into others' dreams. After Felix Morton, the building's owner, is attacked by the machine, Victor must navigate various dream worlds to shut it down, including those of his wife and unborn child.

The game features handcrafted visuals created from materials like clay, cardboard, cotton, and other unconventional items. Initially developed as a browser-based game, it transitioned to Steam following its IGF nomination. The first two chapters received positive reviews, with an average score of 81.50% on GameRankings and 76 on Metacritic.
