Sage Ridge is the only non-sectarian, independent, college preparatory school in the metropolitan area of Reno, Nevada. Academic excellence is the foundation of a Sage Ridge education. The curriculum is supplemented with an array of fine arts classes, including various music, art and theater courses. The school offers a variety of sports, including volleyball, cross country, swimming, golf, basketball and track and field. The AIM (Achieve, Innovate and Magnify) Capital Campaign is a three-phase building project to expand Sage Ridge's campus to better serve the educational and facility needs of the growing community. The first phase was the 24,000-square-foot E.L. Wiegand Student Activity Center. It opened for the 2023-2024 winter sports season. Future phases include an Innovation Center and a Performing Arts Theater. These three new buildings will total approximately 37,000 to 47,000 square feet of competition, teaching, and learning space. The Loft in the Webster Building is a space for the Upper School (High School) to eat lunch and socialize with views of Mount Rose.
