Rufus Wainwright, a Canadian-American singer-songwriter, has an extensive discography featuring eleven studio albums, six live albums, three compilations, three EPs, three video albums, twenty-one singles, and nine music videos. His debut album, *Rufus Wainwright*, released in May 1998 through DreamWorks Records, reached number 24 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart and earned him the title of 1998's Best New Artist by Rolling Stone. His second studio album, *Poses*, released in June 2001, peaked at number one on the Heatseekers Chart and number 117 on the Billboard 200.
