Magnus Christensen
Magnus Christensen, born on 20 August 1997 in Frederikshavn, Denmark, is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. He began his career at AaB after moving from Bangsbo Freja at the age of 13. In 2016, he signed his first professional contract with AaB and made his debut that year. By 2019, he became a regular player but lost his starting spot in the 2020-21 season due to an injury. He expressed a desire to leave AaB in late 2020 after limited playing time but stayed when a new manager was appointed. His contract with AaB ended in June 2022.
In July 2022, Christensen joined Haugesund on a free transfer, signing a deal until 2025. However, in early 2024, he did not attend Haugesund's training due to his desire to move elsewhere. Despite his contract not expiring, he spent time with AaB while seeking a new club. His unhappiness in Haugesund ultimately led him to leave.
On 30 January 2024, Christensen signed a two-year deal with Stabæk, a newly relegated Norwegian First Division club, marking his latest move in his football career.
