List of Renaissance band members
Renaissance are an English progressive rock band formed in London in 1969 by Keith Relf (guitar, vocals), Jim McCarty (drums, vocals), Jane Relf (lead vocals), Louis Cennamo (bass), and John Hawken (keyboards). The group experienced frequent lineup changes throughout their history. After the original lineup disbanded, Annie Haslam became the lead vocalist in 1971. The band continued to evolve, with members such as Michael Dunford, John Tout, Frank Farrell, Jon Camp, Terry Sullivan, and others joining and leaving over the years.
Renaissance released several albums during their active periods, including *Prologue* (1973) and *Ashes Are Burning* (1976). They disbanded in 1987 but reformed in 1998 with Haslam and Dunford at the core. The band has undergone further changes since then, including the addition of bassist Mark Lambert in 2015 and keyboardist Geoffrey Langley in 2016. John Galgano joined as bassist in 2023.
Notable events include the death of Michael Dunford in 2012 and the band's continued activity despite lineup changes, with their current members as of 2024 being Annie Haslam (lead vocalist), Mark Lambert (guitar, vocals), Rave Tesar (keyboards), Frank Pagano (drums, vocals), Geoffrey Langley (keyboards, vocals), and John Galgano (bass, vocals).
