Juan Diego Gutiérrez de la Casas (born 28 April 1992) is a Peruvian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. He began his career with Universidad San Martín, making his professional debut in the Torneo Descentralizado on 27 November 2011 under manager Aníbal Ruiz. Despite limited league appearances that season, he was promoted to the first team in 2012 by Franco Navarro and scored his first league goal against Sport Huancayo.

In July 2016, Gutiérrez moved abroad to join Danish club Vejle Boldklub. He returned to Peru in December 2017 to play for Sport Boys. In February 2019, he signed with HFX Wanderers in the Canadian Premier League but left after a year without returning for the 2020 season.

Gutiérrez then joined Bolivian club Oriente Petrolero in January 2020 and returned to Peru later that year to play for Carlos Stein. After brief spells with Unión Comercio and Sololá in Guatemala, he signed with Andorran club FC Santa Coloma in August 2022.

His career has seen moves across several countries, including Denmark, Canada, Bolivia, and Andorra, reflecting his adaptability and international experience.
