John Sebiyam Nabila is a Ghanaian politician, geographer, philanthropist, and academic who serves as the Chief of the Kpasenkpe traditional area in the North East Region of Ghana. He has held several prominent positions, including President of the National House of Chiefs from 2008 to 2016 and Minister for Information and Tourism in the Limann government. Nabila began his education locally before pursuing higher studies in Accra. He later became a lecturer at the University of Ghana's Geography and Resource Development department, rising to the rank of Associate Professor and Head of Department.
