Henrique Pacheco de Lima, known simply as Henrique, is a Brazilian former footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. Born on 16 May 1985 in Londrina, Paraná, he began his professional career at Londrina Esporte Clube. He signed with the club's junior team in September 2004 and was loaned back to Londrina twice before leaving after the 2005 Campeonato Paranaense. Henrique then played for Figueirense on loan, with contract renewals in February and June 2006.

In August 2007, he moved to J1 League club Júbilo Iwata but was loaned back to Cruzeiro for the 2008 season. The loan was extended into 2009, during which he scored a goal in the Copa Libertadores Final, though Cruzeiro lost to Estudiantes de La Plata. In January 2010, Cruzeiro signed him permanently on a five-year contract.

Henrique received his first call-up to the Brazilian national team by coach Mano Menezes in March 2011 for a friendly against Scotland. He later played for Santos from 2011 to 2012 before returning to Cruzeiro in January 2013. During his time at Cruzeiro, he won multiple titles, including Campeonato Mineiro (2008, 2009, 2011, 2014) and Campeonato Brasileiro Série A (2013, 2014). He also won Copa do Brasil in 2017 and 2018 with the club.

Henrique was called up again by coach Tite for Brazil in January 2017 for a friendly against Colombia. He later played for Fluminense, winning Taça Rio in 2020.
