Felipe Emilio Sandoval Cabrerizo (1886–1939), also known as "Doctor Muñiz," was a Spanish bricklayer, career criminal, and anarchist associate who played a violent role during the Spanish Civil War. Born in Madrid's Las Injurias district to a washerwoman mother, he spent his childhood in an orphanage and began his criminal activities at a young age. After escaping from Barcelona Model Prison following an unsuccessful robbery attempt, Sandoval settled in Paris, where he attended anarchist meetings led by Juan García Oliver. He joined Los Solidarios, an armed group opposing employer and government oppression against unions in Barcelona.

Upon returning to Madrid, Sandoval engaged in robberies and attacks, including stealing large sums of money and weapons. He escaped from Colmenar Viejo Prison but was later released during the early stages of the Spanish Civil War. Sandoval joined the checa de Fomento, a government-backed repression unit, where he led violent actions against Nationalist prisoners. On August 21, 1936, his group killed over thirty right-wing prisoners following an attack on Modelo Prison. The checa system was later dismantled after systematic massacres of prisoners.

In 1939, Sandoval was captured as part of the Expedición de los 101, a group of Republican figures taken from Alicante. Tortured and beaten in Madrid, he was forced to confess before committing suicide by jumping from a window in a makeshift police station on Calle de Almagro. His body was unclaimed, and he was buried at Cementerio de la Almudena.
