Adrián Sardinero Corpa is a Spanish professional footballer born on 13 October 1990 in Leganés, Madrid. He plays as a winger for Super League Kerala club Kannur Warriors. Sardinero began his career with Getafe CF's youth ranks and made his senior debut in 2008, helping the B team earn promotion to Segunda División B. On 30 September 2010, he debuted for Getafe's main squad in a UEFA Europa League match against BSC Young Boys, playing 20 minutes in a 2–0 loss. A month later, he scored his first goal for the club in another Europa League fixture against the same opponent.

Sardinero scored his only La Liga goal on 2 April 2011 in a 2–4 home defeat to Valencia CF after coming on as a substitute. For the 2011–12 season, he was loaned to Hércules CF along with teammate Alberto Escassi. On 10 July 2012, both players signed permanent three-year contracts with Hércules. After the club's relegation from the second tier, Sardinero spent six seasons in the Cypriot First Division starting from 2014.

In June 2020, he joined OFI Crete F.C. of the Super League Greece on a two-year contract. A year later, he moved to Perth Glory FC in the Australian A-League, signing another two-year deal.
