East Brunswick Public Schools is a community public school district in Middlesex County in the state of New Jersey. As of the 2018–19 school year, the district had an enrollment of 8,260 students and 687 teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 12.0:1. School buildings include the Administration Building and the support operations building. They are part of the District Factor Group "I" for New Jersey schools. Schools include: Irving Elementary, Central Elementary, McMinnville Elementary, Merrill Elementary, and Memorial Elementary. It is the only district in the State of New. Jersey with 11 schools designated Blue Ribbon School / National School of Excellence by the. United States Department of Education. Students from all schools have garnered state and national honors in academics, athletics, and the arts.
