List of Bangladesh Premier League centuries
In cricket, a century is achieved when a batsman scores 100 or more runs in a single innings. The Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), a professional Twenty20 league, has been held annually since 2012, except in 2014 due to a match-fixing scandal. Resuming in 2015, the league has seen ten seasons, with thirty centuries scored by twenty-four different players.
The first century in the BPL was scored by Chris Gayle on February 10, 2012, for Barisal Burners against Sylhet Royals. Gayle also holds the record for the highest score (146 runs not out) and the fastest century (51 balls). The slowest century was scored by Dwayne Smith in 70 balls, with a final score of 103 runs not out off 73 balls at a strike rate of 141.09.
Chris Gayle leads with five centuries, the most by any player. Among the thirty-seven centuries, only ten were scored by Bangladeshi players, while twenty-seven were achieved by foreign players, including twelve from West Indies cricketers. Mohammad Ashraful, Shahriar Nafees, and Faf du Plessis are the only captains to score a century while leading their teams.
The 2025 BPL season (BPL11) has seen the most centuries so far, with eight recorded. In contrast, the 2015 and 2016 seasons each had only one century scored.
