Bradley Ryan Elder (born March 17, 1975) is an American professional golfer who began his career on the Nike Tour in 1998 after turning pro. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he developed an interest in golf at a young age due to his father. Elder attended the University of Texas, where he was part of the golf team and won the prestigious Haskins Award for the most outstanding collegiate golfer in 1997.

In 1998, Elder made his professional debut on the Nike Tour. By 1999, he had secured two wins on this tour, earning him a promotion to the PGA Tour. He competed on the PGA Tour from 2000 to 2003, with notable finishes including a solo third place at the Southern Farm Bureau Classic in 2002. After leaving the PGA Tour, he rejoined the Nationwide Tour in 2004. In 2007, he achieved a top-25 finish on the Nationwide Tour's money list and won the Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open for the second time. This performance allowed him to regain his PGA Tour card for 2008, though he did not retain it and returned to the Nationwide Tour in 2009.

Elder has also had success in amateur competitions, winning two events: the Western Junior in 1994 and the Northeast Amateur in 1997. He represented the U.S. in national team events, including the Palmer Cup and Walker Cup in 1997.
