Tyler Donati is a Canadian professional ice hockey right wing born on October 17, 1986. He is the identical twin of Justin Donati, who is only seven minutes younger. Neither brother was drafted into the NHL, but both attended the Detroit Red Wings' rookie camp in 2006.

Donati's playing career began with the Oshawa Generals before he and Justin were traded to the Toronto St. Michael's Majors in 2005 for Cal Clutterbuck. Tyler was later traded to the Belleville Bulls, while Justin remained with Toronto. Both brothers attended the Detroit Red Wings' rookie camp as non-draft invitees and performed well during the tournament.

In 2012, Donati left North America to play in Europe with Vålerenga Ishockey of the GET-ligaen in Oslo, Norway. After two seasons abroad, he returned to Ontario in 2014, signing a one-year deal with the Brampton Beast of the ECHL.

Beyond hockey, Tyler and Justin are involved in Points for Cancer, a fundraising initiative that donates money from points scored toward ovarian cancer research. Their involvement began after their mother, Corinne, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2003. She passed away in 2006, and the brothers continue to raise funds in her memory.

Donati has received several accolades, including the CCM U+ ECHL Most Valuable Player and Leading Scorer awards for the 2009–10 season.
