KQUP (channel 24) is a television station in Pullman, Washington, currently silent and owned by Word of God Fellowship, parent company of Daystar Television Network. It serves the Spokane market with its main transmitter on Tekoa Mountain. A low-power supplement, KQUP-LD (channel 47), covers Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Built by Equity Media Holdings in 2004 after significant delays, KQUP replaced KSKN as Spokane’s UPN affiliate in 2002 before switching to Retro Television Network (RTN) in January 2006. Following Equity’s bankruptcy in 2008, a contract dispute led to losing RTN programming in January 2009. Daystar acquired the station at auction on April 16, 2009, with KQUP-LP airing Daystar content starting August 2009 and full-power digital signal launching by January 2010.

Originally permitted as KBGC in 1998, KQUP faced construction delays due to equipment issues and tower lease negotiations. It began broadcasting on Comcast in Spokane on May 1, 2003, with the Pullman transmitter activated on April 19, 2004. The station dropped UPN for Retro TV in 2006, airing Spokane Shock arena football.

Digital conversion required a flash-cut due to no companion channel, turning off analog on June 12, 2009. As of August 2022, KQUP is silent and no longer broadcasts programming.
