St. Anthony's National Secondary School (Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan St. Anthony), located in Sarikei, Sarawak, was established in 1932 by Bishop John Baus and later moved to its current location in 1935 under Father C. Quadekker. The school, named after St Anthony Padua, initially operated with few students and teachers, facing challenges during World War II when it was occupied by Japanese forces. Post-war, the school grew significantly, transitioning through various principals and expansions.

Key milestones include the construction of new blocks in the 1940s and 1950s, the introduction of SRP exams in 1956, and the establishment of St Anne's Primary School in 1967. The school's infrastructure continued to develop under successive principals, including the addition of science labs, sports facilities, and modern buildings. By the 2000s, the school had expanded to over 800 students and introduced Lower 6 classes.

St Anthony's has achieved recognition for its academic and co-curricular excellence, winning awards at various levels. Its evolution from humble beginnings to a prominent institution reflects the dedication of principals, teachers, parents, and alumni.
