Amber Leigh Lancaster (born September 19, 1980) is an American model, actress, and interior designer. She gained recognition for her role as Jenny Swanson in the MTV series *The Hard Times of RJ Berger* and as a model on *The Price Is Right*. Born in Tacoma, Washington, Lancaster attended Franklin Pierce High School and won the title of Miss Washington Teen USA in 1998. She joined the Seattle Seahawks' cheerleading squad, the Sea Gals, in 1999 and remained with them for five seasons before moving to Los Angeles to pursue her career in dancing, modeling, and acting.

Lancaster's career included a three-year stint as a regular dancer on *Soul Train* (2003–2006) and appearances in the music video for Bo Bice's "The Real Thing" and at the 2007 Scream Awards. In 2008, she became a model on *The Price Is Right*, and in 2009, she was a trophy holder at the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards. She also starred as Jenny Swanson in the MTV series *The Hard Times of RJ Berger*. Lancaster owns an interior design business called Lancaster Interiors.

In her personal life, Lancaster married businessman A.J. Allodi on October 7, 2017. In April 2019, they announced the birth of their son, Russ, who was born two months early due to complications from pre-eclampsia. She later revealed that she underwent a partial hysterectomy following his birth. The couple separated in September 2020, and Lancaster launched a clothing line with VICI Collection in November 2021.
