The 2023 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championship qualifying competition was a women's under-19 football competition that determined the automatically qualified hosts Belgium. Players born on or after 1 January 2004 were eligible to participate. The teams were divided in two leagues: League A (24 teams) and League B (28 teams). Each league played two rounds:. The winners of each mini-tournament in league B and the best runner-up were promoted and the last-placed teams in league A. were relegated. The results against the teams in fourth place were discarded. For political reasons, Armenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina and Kosovo would not be drawn in the same group. The draw for the qualifying round was held on 31 May 2022, at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. The winner of the final tournament qualified for the 2020 World Cup in Brazil. The final tournament was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on November 25 and 26, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2026. It was the first time ever that Gibraltar had entered a women’s national team in any competition.
