Brad W. Setser is an American economist with a notable career in international economics. He has held several key positions, including staff economist at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, director of global research at Roubini Global Economics Monitor (RGE), where he co-authored "Bailouts or Bail-ins?" with Nouriel Roubini, and fellow for international economics at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
