The 2013–14 Sultan Qaboos Cup was the 41st edition of Oman's premier knockout football tournament. The competition ran from November 4, 2013, to May 24, 2014. Fanja SC won the title by defeating Al-Nahda Club 2–0 in the final, securing their record ninth championship.

Thirty-eight teams participated in the tournament. The qualification round featured 12 teams, with six advancing: Ahli Sidab Club, Al-Hamra SC, Al-Rustaq SC, Al-Bashaer Club, Bahla Club, and Ja’lan SC. The first qualification match was between Ahli Sidab Club and Dibba Club on November 4, 2013.

The Round of 32 involved 32 teams, with matches starting on November 21, 2013. Sixteen teams advanced to the Round of 16, which began on December 5, 2013. Eight teams progressed to the quarterfinals, played over two legs, starting on February 8, 2014. Fanja SC, Dhofar S.C.S.C., Bowsher Club, and Al-Nahda Club qualified for the semifinals.

The semifinals were also two-legged ties, beginning on March 26, 2014. Fanja SC and Al-Nahda Club advanced to the final, where Fanja secured a 2–0 victory, claiming their ninth Sultan Qaboos Cup title.
