Libor Hájek, born on February 4, 1998, is a Czech professional ice hockey defenceman playing for HC Dynamo Pardubice in the Czech Extraliga. Drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the second round (37th overall) of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, he began his career with HC Kometa Brno during the 2014–15 season before moving to the CHL's Saskatoon Blades.

In March 2017, Hájek signed a three-year entry-level contract with Tampa Bay and joined their AHL affiliate, Syracuse Crunch. He was traded to the New York Rangers in February 2018 as part of a deal involving Ryan McDonagh and J.T. Miller. During the 2019–20 season opener against the Winnipeg Jets, Hájek recorded his first NHL assist.

In November 2020, he was loaned to HC Kometa Brno. Re-signed by the Rangers in September 2021, he extended his contract in July 2022 and spent most of the 2022–23 season with the Rangers before being assigned to Hartford.

Hájek left the Rangers in August 2023 for a tryout with the Pittsburgh Penguins' AHL affiliate, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. After 11 scoreless games, he returned to Czech Republic and signed a five-year contract with HC Dynamo Pardubice on December 15, 2023.

Additionally, Hájek won a gold medal at the 2024 IIHF World Championship. His detailed statistics are available elsewhere.
