Jonathan "Bear" Woods (born January 22, 1987) is an American former professional football linebacker who played in the Canadian Football League (CFL). Born in Macclenny, Florida, he attended Baker County High School before pursuing college football at Troy University. He was signed by the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2010 but was waived in 2011.

Woods joined the Montreal Alouettes in 2011 and spent his early CFL seasons on special teams and limited defensive roles. By the 2014 season, he emerged as a standout player, ranking second in tackles and earning the James P. McCaffrey Trophy as the East Division's Most Outstanding Defensive Player nominee. He signed a three-year extension with the Alouettes but missed most of the 2015 season due to injury. He returned strong in 2016, again finishing second in tackles.

In 2017, Woods moved to the Toronto Argonauts, where he played in all regular season and playoff games, leading the team in defensive tackles and contributing to their Grey Cup victory. Injuries limited his role in 2018, and he was re-signed multiple times by the Argonauts before being released in 2019.

After ending his CFL career due to injury, Woods transitioned into coaching, becoming the head football coach at Wetumpka High School in Alabama in January 2022.
