Indonesian Aerospace
Indonesian Aerospace (IAe) is an Indonesian aerospace company. It is a subsidiary of state-owned electronics manufacturer Len Industri. Since 1976, it has expanded into telecommunication, automotive, maritime, information technology, oil & gas, control & automation, military, simulation technology, industrial turbine, and engineering services. It has produced a total of 833 planes, with 4,067 flying within the past 30 years. The company is currently producing civilian and military regional commuter aircraft. In 1983, it purchased a controlling stake in Indonesian aerospace manufacturer IEA. It now holds a 40 percent stake in the Japanese-owned company Tokyo Electron. It's been named Indonesian Aerospace by the government. Indonesian aerospace is headquartered in Bandung, with a small offices in Jakarta and Palembang.
