Alex Shane

Alex Shane is a British professional wrestler, promoter, commentator, and television producer with a career spanning multiple promotions and media platforms. He began his wrestling career in 1995 at NWA UK Hammerlock under Andre Baker, training future stars like Jonny Storm and developing his persona. Shane later joined UWA, forming a tag team with Guy Thunder and establishing himself as a heel.

In 1999, he moved to Frontier Wrestling Alliance (FWA), where he became a two-time FWA British Heavyweight Champion and held the FWA Tag Team Championship twice. He also founded Capital City Pro Wrestling (CCPW) in 2000, serving as its promoter and champion. Shane co-hosted the wrestling radio show "The WrestleTalk" on talkSPORT until it transitioned to "Wrestle-Talk TV," which ran from 2012 to 2016.

As a commentator, he worked for promotions like WCPW (now Defiant Wrestling) and ITV's World of Sport Wrestling. He produced several TV shows, including "BWC: British Wrestling Round-Up" and "NGW British Wrestling Weekly." Shane also authored "Alex Shane's Guide to Pro Wrestling - Volume One" in 2009.

Throughout his career, he won numerous championships across various promotions, solidifying his impact on British professional wrestling both in the ring and behind the scenes.
