Ninohe Station is a railway junction located in Ninohe, Iwate, Japan, operated jointly by JR East and the Iwate Ginga Railway Company (IGR). It serves both the Tōhoku Shinkansen high-speed line, connecting Tokyo to Shin-Aomori, and the Iwate Ginga Railway Line, linking Morioka to Kita-Fukuoka. The station is 601 kilometers from Tokyo Station on the Shinkansen and 70.8 kilometers from Morioka Station on the IGR line.

The JR East section of the station features two elevated side platforms with platform edge doors and a snow shelter roof, along with a Midori no Madoguchi ticket office. The adjacent IGR station has a ground-level island platform and a single side platform connected to a three-story station building via an overhead crossing. Both stations are staffed.

Passenger statistics for fiscal 2018 show that the JR East portion recorded an average of 788 daily boardings, while the IGR section had 721 daily users. The station also offers connecting bus services, including routes to Morioka Station, Kuji Station, Kintaichi-Onsen, and Ibonai.

Originally named Fukuoka Station when it opened on December 20, 1891, it was renamed Kita-Fukuoka in 1921 and finally Ninohe in 1987. JR East absorbed the station during its privatization from JNR in April 1987, before transferring the IGR line to Iwate Ginga Railway on September 1, 2002. Shinkansen services began at the station on December 1, 2002.

The surrounding area includes the Ninohe Police Station, City Office, Post Office, and a local high school.
