Ardshinbank CJSC, originally known as Ardshininvestbank, was founded in 2002 and received its banking license in February 2003. It rebranded as Ardshinbank in November 2014. The bank offers a wide range of financial services, including corporate project financing, SME lending, plastic card issuance, e-banking, international money transfers, and mortgage lending. It also provides 24/7 electronic and mobile banking services. Ardshinbank has ratings from Moody's and Fitch equivalent to Armenia's sovereign rating.

As of January 2019, the bank had 1,089 employees and operated 60 branches in Armenia, along with a representative office in Paris. Its founders were “Rasco-Armenia” CJSC and “Center for Business Investments” LLC, with Karen Safaryan as a key shareholder and chairman of the board. Ardshinbank is part of several financial associations and systems, including Visa International, MasterCard, and SWIFT.

The bank has received numerous awards for its performance, including recognitions from Global Finance and other financial publications between 2005 and 2019. In terms of mergers and acquisitions, Ardshinbank absorbed OJSC “Ardshinbank” in 2003, acquiring its 24 branches, and later purchased Agrobank’s assets, including 35 branches. In 2016, it acquired Areximbank-Gazprombank Group CJSC from Gazprombank, integrating its 16-branch network.
