Wally and Osborne is a humor webcomic created by Tyler Martin, originally titled On the Rocks when it launched on July 4, 2005. The comic began with a week's backlog of strips, with the first strip dated June 27. Set in Antarctica, it features Wallace "Wally" Fitzgerald McGillicutty, a displaced polar bear, and Osborne, an Adelie penguin. The story does not explain how Wally arrived there, though bipolar disorder is humorously suggested as a possibility.

The comic follows a newspaper-style format with Sunday strips and uses a color palette of black, white, blue, and orange. The website includes real-life information about Antarctica and weather updates. In 2006, the site relaunched under the new title Wally and Osborne, as On the Rocks was deemed too generic; the original design remains available as an alternative theme.

In 2008, the comic concluded on the website, but in 2015, Martin announced its continuation via Patreon. The main characters are Wally, an upbeat polar bear wearing an orange scarf, and Osborne, a more intelligent yet less optimistic penguin. Notable minor characters include Penguinus Maximus (Max), a poor unnamed penguin, Penguin Juvies, Thomas, and others involved in storylines like the "Quest for the Beak" arc.

The comic was syndicated on Funbrain starting in 2005, followed by FamilyEducation's "Mom's Coffee Break" feature, and TeacherVision. In 2007, Lunchbox Funnies, a portal for all-ages comics, was launched, featuring Wally and Osborne among other titles aiming to appeal across generations.
