The UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs. Spivac (UFC Fight Night 218, UFC on ESPN+ 76, or UFC Vegas 68) took place on February 4, 2023, at the UFC Apex facility in Enterprise, Nevada. Originally planned for Seoul, South Korea, the event was relocated due to unforeseen circumstances.

Headlining the event was a heavyweight bout between Derrick Lewis and Serghei Spivac. This fight was initially scheduled for UFC Fight Night: Nzechukwu vs. Cutelaba in November 2022 but was canceled when Lewis withdrew due to illness, later confirmed as COVID-19.

Other notable changes included the women's strawweight bout between Loma Lookboonmee and Elise Reed, which was moved to UFC 284 for unspecified reasons. The event also featured the four finals of Road to UFC Season 1.
