Jonathan Michael Allan, born on 24 May 1983, is an English footballer who currently serves as a player/assistant manager at Carlisle City, competing in the North West Counties Football League. He began his career with Carlisle United at age 12 and played over 30 times for the first team, contributing to their avoidance of relegation from Division Three.

In 2002, Allan moved to Northwich Victoria, where he scored 75 goals in 220 appearances. He briefly joined Halifax Town towards the end of the 2003–04 season before returning to Northwich. During the 2005–06 season, he was Northwich's top scorer as they won the Conference North title. His decisive two goals against Stafford Rangers in the penultimate match, witnessed by a record-breaking 3,000 spectators, sealed their league victory.

Despite being injured for much of the 2008–09 season, Allan again led Northwich in scoring. He remained at the club despite rumours of potential moves due to off-field issues but left after the season when seeking new opportunities. In May 2010, he signed with Gateshead on a one-year contract, making four appearances before his release in May 2011.

Allan then joined Conference North side Harrogate Town in May 2011. In May 2016, he returned to Carlisle City as assistant manager for their upcoming season in the North West Counties League First Division.
