Bay Hill is a census-designated place (CDP) in Orange County, Florida, with a population of 4,884 as of the 2010 census. It lies within the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area and spans an area of 2.5 square miles (6.4 km²), mostly land (2.4 sq mi) with 0.12 square miles (0.3 km²) or 4.01% being water. Geographically, it is situated north of Lake Buena Vista and south of Windermere.

Demographically, the CDP had 5,177 residents in 2000, with a population density of 786.9 people per square kilometer (2,038 per square mile). The racial makeup was predominantly White (85.11%), followed by Asian (9.52%) and other groups. Hispanic or Latino individuals made up 5.70% of the population. Households were mostly married couples (76.3%), with an average size of 2.90, and families averaging 3.17 members.

Economically, the median household income was $99,894, while the median family income was $101,246. The per capita income was $46,744, with about 3.8% of families and 4.3% of the population living below the poverty line.

Educationally, Bay Hill residents are part of Orange County Public Schools. Elementary schools include Palm Lake, Dr. Phillips Elementary, Bay Meadows, and Windermere, while most middle school students attend Southwest Middle School or Chain of Lakes Middle School. All high school students are zoned to Dr. Phillips High School.
