Bad Bones
John Klinger, better known by his ring name Bad Bones, was a German professional wrestler born on 14 May 1984 and died on 20 May 2024 at the age of 40 due to a heart attack. He competed internationally in independent promotions across Europe, Japan, Israel, and the United States during his career from 2004 to 2024. Bad Bones held numerous championships, including the wXw Unified World Heavyweight Championship, European Heavyweight Championship, and others. He faced various opponents such as Frankie Sloan, Spud, Andy Wild, Mikey Whiplash, Johnny Moss, Rampage Brown, and Josh Briggs in promotions like All Star Wrestling, 1 Pro Wrestling, Discovery Wrestling, Insane Championship Wrestling, PROGRESS Wrestling, and EVOLVE Wrestling. In Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), Bad Bones debuted on the TNA First Impact Tour in September 2011, defeating Karsten Kretschmer. He won the January 2011 TNA Gut Check in London. In February 2014, he competed in several matches for TNA, including losses to Christopher Daniels and Samoa Joe, but also a tag team victory with Samoa Joe at TNA One Night Only: Joker's Wild 2. In 2017, he returned to TNA for a match against Josh Barnett, which he lost.
