The 2024–25 Duleep Trophy, the 61st edition of India's domestic first-class cricket tournament, was held from 5 September to 22 September 2024. Unlike recent zonal formats, this year featured four teams: India A, B, C, and D, with squads selected by national selectors. The tournament was part of the 2024 Indian domestic cricket season, announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in June 2024. South Zone were the defending champions.

Squads for the first round were announced on 14 August 2024, with some players ruled out due to injury or international duties. Notably, Mayank Agarwal was named captain of India A after Shubman Gill's absence, and Vidwath Kaverappa transferred from India A to D during subsequent rounds. Ishan Kishan missed his first game for India D due to injury but later joined India C as a replacement.

The tournament format featured four teams competing in six matches, with each team playing the others once. Points were awarded based on match outcomes: 7 points for an innings or 10-wicket win, 6 for an outright victory, and fewer points for leads without wins or draws. There were no knockout stages.

Fixtures were organized across rounds, but specific details were not provided. Statistics from the tournament were sourced from ESPNCricInfo, last updated on 22 September 2024.

The Duleep Trophy is part of India's broader domestic cricket calendar, alongside competitions like the Ranji Trophy and Vijay Hazare Trophy.
