"Live & Acoustic," the debut live album by Australian vocal duo Vika & Linda Bull, was recorded at The Continental Hotel in Melbourne and released in November 2000 on Mushroom Records. It marked their final release with the label.

The album received positive reviews. Molly Wishart from *The Green Left* described it as "superb," urging listeners to acquire it, implying interest in their other works. Ed Nimmervoll of *Australian Musician Journalist* named it his "album of the week," praising their voices—Vika's strength and soulfulness contrasted with Linda's softness and gentleness. He highlighted their collaboration with notable songwriters post-Black Sorrows, creating a unique musical extension of their earlier work. Nimmervoll particularly commended tracks by Paul Kelly, including "Be Careful What You Pray For" and "If I Could Start Today Again," as defining moments in Kelly's career.

The album features 13 tracks, including collaborations with various artists and songwriters. Notable contributors to the recording include bassist Bill McDonald, guitarist Jeff Burstin, and multi-instrumentalist Gerry Hale, who played violin, mandolin, steel guitar, and provided backing vocals.

This live album captures Vika & Linda Bull's harmonious collaboration, showcasing their growth and artistry through a selection of diverse tracks.
