Israel Elwyn (IE) is an Israeli nonprofit organization that provides services and programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Established in 1984 as Jerusalem Elwyn (renamed Israel Elwyn in 1998), it operates under the affiliation of the American nonprofit Elwyn Inc., founded in 1852. The organization serves over 5,100 people across various age groups, aiming to promote equality and independence for individuals with disabilities.

Key programs include supported employment initiatives launched in 1987, which have expanded to partnerships with local businesses like Aroma Espresso Bar. In 1992, Israel Elwyn introduced Community Living apartments to enable independent living within the community. Other notable efforts include a sensory garden inaugurated in 2007, designed to enhance sensory experiences through specially crafted equipment, and a vocational photography course whose graduates exhibited their work at significant venues.

Israel Elwyn also operates transitional programs for high school students, self-advocacy groups since 2011, and initiatives like the Mosaic National Service program for individuals with disabilities. The organization has received recognition, including the Zero Project prize in 2023 for its Future Directions programme. Its branches span Haifa, Sharon, Jerusalem, and southern Israel, offering a wide range of services from early intervention to adult support programs.

Through partnerships with educational institutions, Israel Elwyn trains volunteers and community members to assist individuals with disabilities, fostering inclusion and empowerment. The organization's commitment to equality and independence is reflected in its diverse programming and collaborative efforts across Israel.
