Mark Robichaud
Mark Robichaud is a former American college football coach who served as the head coach of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (UMass Dartmouth) Corsairs from 2007 until his retirement after the 2022 season. Over his fifteen-season tenure, he led the team to a record of 70–81 and achieved several notable accomplishments, including a New England Bowl appearance in 2021 and their first NCAA Division III Football Championship playoff appearance in twenty years in 2022. He finished second all-time in wins with the program. Before joining UMass Dartmouth, Robichaud had a successful career as an assistant coach at Shepherd University, where he helped lead the team to a record of 54–31 over nine seasons. During this time, the team achieved eight winning seasons, five West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WVIAC) championships, three NCAA Division II Football Championship playoffs appearances, and two advancements into the second round. Robichaud began his coaching career with Springfield and Milford Academy, later joining Wesleyan as a linebackers coach. He also worked as an assistant coach for the Division I team Brown in 2000. In 2004, he joined Bishop Stang High School as an assistant coach, where he helped the team win two Eastern Athletic Conference championships and achieve other notable successes. In 2007, Robichaud became UMass Dartmouth's third head coach despite having no prior head coaching experience.
