Lee Falkon

Lee Sima Falkon is an Israeli footballer born on 7 May 1992, who plays as a forward for Maccabi Emek Hefer. She began her career with Bnot Tiv'on before joining ASA Tel Aviv University, where she won five Ligat Nashim titles and three Israeli Women's Cups. At 18, Falkon moved to Kentucky for college but returned after finding it not suited to her expectations. After completing her army service, she joined SC Sand in the 2. Frauen-Bundesliga but struggled to adapt and returned to Israel after a few months.

Falkon then signed with Brøndby IF in Denmark after scoring against them in a World Cup qualifier. She excelled there, reaching the UEFA Women's Champions League quarter-finals, but left due to financial constraints. In 2015, she joined MSV Duisburg alongside Israeli teammate Mairav Shamir, helping the team gain promotion back to the Frauen-Bundesliga. Falkon became the first Israeli footballer sponsored by Adidas in 2017.

She later joined Western Sydney Wanderers for the 2017–18 season. Falkon has been a key player for Israel's national teams since joining the U19 squad at 13, as there were no women's junior leagues in Israel at the time. She has earned over 30 caps for the senior team, establishing herself as a leading figure in Israeli women's football.
