Heart Full of Soul album
Heart Full of Soul is the debut solo studio album by Antony Costa, a member of the British boy band Blue. The album was released exclusively in Japan on July 3, 2006, following a dispute with his record label that prevented its release in the United Kingdom. Recorded over two years, it was executively produced and co-written by Simon Perry, with contributions from John McLaughlin, David Thomas, Robbie Nevil, and Dennis Johnson. The Japanese release of Heart Full of Soul features a different track listing than the originally planned British version, including tracks like "Predictable," "Never Too Late," and "I'll Keep Holding On," while omitting others such as "Half a World Away" and "Runaway Train." The album's single, "Do You Ever Think of Me," peaked at #19 on the UK Singles Chart. Costa has shared that the album was inspired by his relationship with former fiancée Lucy Bolster and their daughter, Emilie. Tracks like "Healing in Your Eyes" were written as poems for his daughter, while "Do You Ever Think of Me" reflects on their breakup. Despite never being released in the UK, the single continues to receive airplay on retrospective TV programs ...
