The Town of Avon is located in Rock County, Wisconsin, and had a population of 570 as of the 2020 census. The town covers an area of 36.1 square miles (93.6 km²).

Demographically, the population decreased slightly from 586 in 2000 to 570 in 2020. In 2000, the population density was 16.2 people per square mile (6.3/km²), with 216 housing units at an average density of 6.0 per square mile (2.3/km²). The racial makeup in 2000 was predominantly White (97.78%), with small percentages for Asian, Hispanic or Latino, and other races.
